Rooms

Room #1 is located directly off the lower level family room.  There are a set of barn door separating the two rooms.  Garden doors lead directly from room #1 outside onto patio area.   This room has 2 sets of bunk beds each bed has a double on bottom with a single bed on the top.   There is also 2 chairs, a mini fridge and one dresser plus a 3 piece private bathroom with shower.   All bedding & towels are provided.   

Room #2 is located at the back corner of the house on the lower level just a the base of the stairs leading up to main floor.   This is the smallest room, it has 2 sets of bunk beds.  Each bunk bed has a double bed on bottom with a single bed on the top.  There is also a dresser and mini fridge.   This room has a private 3-piece bathroom however it is just down the hallway next to the laundry room.   

Room #3 is located closest to the outdoor hot tub and has garden doors which lead out to the patio area.   This room has 2 sets of bunk beds each bunk bed has a double on bottom with a single bed on the top.   There is also a futon, a mini fridge and one dresser plus a 3-piece private bathroom with shower.   All bedding & towels are provided.   

The family room has garden door which lead out to patio area.  There are 2 couches and one love seat along with TV and some games.   This is a great place to relax and visit.  There is free wifi available.

The dining room is located upstairs on the main level.  Continental breakfast along with juices, coffee & tea are available each morning for guest.
